FEATURED WORK: CIVIL WAR DAYS

Civil War Days is an annual re-enactment event held at the Lakewood Forest Preserve in Wauconda, IL. This is the largest Civil War re-enactment held in Illinois. The participants live in canvas tents and cook over campfires during the weekend event. The passion for historical accuracyand the financial committment these "historical interpreters" exhibit during the annual weekend event is fascinating and allows the modern dayspectator to witness and submerge themselves in this historical theater.
